This series was shot in Downtown. Los Angeles. In several of the photographs I used the stripes to create a striking contrast that emphasizes the building's height and sleek, angular form. I photographed the structures and in post processing overlaid images with geometric elements, blending architectural details from different angles and perspectives creating a composition that gives life and movement to the architecture. In many of the photographs I used a monochromatic palette with subtle hints of color, to add depth and intrigue to the urban scene.
